Is it normal to be unable to lose the freshman 15?

  • Never got it :) college sports is where it's at! Go to the gym regularly, drink LOTS of water and eat healthier, you should lose weight and even if you don't at least you'll be healthy.

    I think it's normal though, losing weight is harder then gaining

    • i was actually going to play soccer for my school but it completely consumed my life so i quit after like 3 weeks of practices. i barely had time to study which was too bad because i really enjoyed it.
