    Only the large orange leaf & yard waste bag ladies are cool.
    Stay away from anyone wearing green garbage bags.

        I haven't met any black bag ladies so far.
        I think the black bags are more expensive than the green ones and cater to a different class of bag-ladies, maybe uptown bag ladies.

          Really? I thought that was the white bag ladies. Clearly I need to roll with the garbage people more, I'm totally out of touch!
