Not a guy but actually "into" certain horror concepts myself.. things like mind control, body horror, eldritch themes...
There are so many undertones of sexuality in the horror genre. The attractive female protagonist running with her clothes in tatters, the facial expressions, the sexual symbolism of something like the Alien franchise.. sex and horror have always gone hand in hand with one another, it only makes sense that people will make those associations and take them to that next level of fetishization.
