If you don't ask him, you'll never know. Maybe try approching him about it asking about his opinion on it and if he asks why, say you read about many people loving that and you wanted his opinion.
Rape is a power and control thing, not usually a sexual thing. Expressing extreme fear (wetting, crying, pleading, begging, etc.) is only going to encourage a rapist.

Very strange!
This is the advice we give to girls if they are about to be raped! That's because it's meant to turn the rapist off.
