You being arrested is a tad drastic, and it's only if you ever got caught together and your sister said you'd forced her to watch or something because I'm 99% sure that counts as a form of sexual assault. And that's only if your parents are the kind to call the cops on their own son. If you're both over 18 now though the threat of your parents catching you isn't so bad.
