Is it normal to be treated so unfairly like this?

My comment karma only allows me to post about 3 comments per day. Yet other users can post hundreds. Why can I only post a small amount, while Ebolohammeh can post like 30 in an hour. My comments are constructive and good, unlike his, so why am I being treated so unfairly on here?!?!?!?!
