I feel this way too and it's pretty awful to go through. Maybe you empathize too much with the doctor/therapist and worry that you feeling bad will make them feel bad? Or maybe you have had your feelings ignored or mocked in the past, so you feel guilty for talking about them? Whatever the case, your feelings are not shameful or embarrassing, regardless of what your mind tells you. Please try to tell your therapist how you really feel -- it's their job to help you, and they're trained to deal with thoughts/emotions like what you are experiencing.
