I know the feeling. My girlfriend had to kiss me eventually after I had been too scared to do so for like a week. So you can either find a guy who's way more confident than you, and will just take the wheel; Or you find a guy who's just as shy as you and you guys take it very slow. Nothing wrong with that. When you really get to know someone and you learn to trust them it becomes a lot easier. You won't have to kiss a stranger.
You're situation is not that uncommon, it's just that the shy people don't usually talk about it.
