It's normal for people to become completely stressed out, who can blame ya? Life is a bitch. Just gotta learn to fight back without destroying yourself in the process.
How do you suggest i do that? Ive tried lots of things to relax and relieve stress and the only thing thats helped iis hitting a girl in the shins during hockey. Please tell me some things i could try.
A girl I had a massive crush on at school actually did do it and also made friends that way. I'm lucky she and all her friends didn't kick box my face in!

Have you ever thought about something like kick boxing? Keep fit, use up the aggression, and maybe make new friends. It's a win win win.
