  • Stop eating junk food & follow the diet. You have to WANT to lose weight, enough that nothing will keep you from your goal. Exercise...be active!!! Theres many things to do. Cardio is the best exercise to lose weight, anything that gets your heart pumping & you sweating. (for at LEAST 30 mins a day) Ex....jogging, sports, kick boxing, hiking, swimming, martial arts...etc. Pick something you like & stick with it.
