That aside, I'm sure he has warm feelings towards you but he's probably more of a Father figure to you if anything else. Some men like kids - in a non-sexual way - and what you are describing seems like a guy who cares for you and who is fun loving and good with kids and understands that due to his position he is going to garner some feelings in his more romantic-minded students.
