Probably still some type of related psychiatric disorder, unless it's a fictitious post. That's why you should seek professional help, sometimes more than one because some are quacks.
None of these symptoms have much to do with narcissistic personality disorder, or any related complexes. This type of emotional numbness and total anhedonia usually points to depression, with a possibility of something like antisocial or schizoid personality disorder. But like ItDuz mentioned above, his/her guilt implies a level of emotional awareness that most antisocial/schizoid people wouldn't have, so I'd guess depression.
That being said, it's definitely a good idea to seek professional help as opposed to asking/searching online.
I always suspected that it might be a depression. I don't have suicidal thoughts though. It's just that I don't give a damn about anything or anyone including myself.
I've been depressed and even suicidal off and on throughout my life. I always thought that the most dangerous times were the times when the feelings went completely away. Time to be selfish, flutterhigh, and take care of yourself whether you can afford it or not. Submerged anger and emotion can kill a person just like the iceberg took down the Titanic. You might need therapy not because you are sick, but because you need to get it out and have some help dealing with those feelings you are suppressing. Best wishes to you.
I respectfully disagree, some people have physical abnormalities in their brain that causes some psychiatric disorders, others might have a hormonal (chemical or genetic) abnormality that sometimes causes a psychiatric disorder and still others might develop a psychiatric disorder due to environmental factors, such as some diseases and even an individual's social condition. It has been known for quite some time that infants and children that do not receive love and affection, will develop numerous psychiatric disorders.
you gotta work with what you have. some people are fated to succumb to their psychological troubles. others quit labeling themselves as sick, stop reading lists of symptoms, stop taking the pills, use positive affirmation and herbal remedies. the power of suggestion and manifestation are significant. some societies place value on people that perceive what can't be known by the five senses alone, others lock them up and it makes them worse.
Is it normal to be such an inhuman bitch?
