For me "anything other than missionary position and sometimes anal" is not sexually bizarre AKA Kinky. If someone doesn´t do anything more than these two things, I call it "poor performance in bed".
Seriously, I like having sex in missionary position very much but I can´t imagine my life without oral sex, hanjobs, etc. and I don´t think it is kinky or sexually bizzare at all. Well, I have some kinky / bizzare sexual preferences but something like cowgirl sex position is as kinky as having sex in anything other than complete darkness (which means it is not kinky at all).
Whoever defined it this way must suffer from lack of creativity, poor sex drive and was probably sexually inhibitted. And this definition reflects the personal taste of its creator, otherwise while anal and not oral or footjobs or handjobs? What makes anal sex more normal than oral sex?
In textbooks of sexology there is much more plausible definition of sexual normalcy/normality - whatever is done consensually between two or more partners without harming them. This definition sounds better to me but my personal "definition" would be maybe even broader, but not necessarily.

And missionary is not necessary for procreation, woman can get pregnant also when riding a man when she is on top or when man enters her vagina from behind.
Then I suppose that condoms and contraception is kinky, because it is not necessary for procreation.
This is definitely not something I would agree with, not even in the most horrible nightmare or total intoxication.
