it happened to me to.though we did not kiss when he was dating someone else but he always came to me when he was sad coz of that girl and we again dated after their breakup but then he again broke up with me.now he came again but i told him to go to hell....even though i still like him a lot .just disconnect him from your life coz he'll do it again and again.its not normal so just throw him out of your life
