I'm a very monogamous person so I'm attracted to loyal men, possessiveness is a few notches up from that but I'm attracted to someone who understands how enraging infidelity can be. I want someone who needs to own me as much as I need to own them, not because I want to be some coveted treasure, but because I want to be on equal footing and understanding with my spouse.
I don't see a problem with it as long as you're comfortable and he isn't just paranoid BECAUSE he's cheating. But know what you're getting into.
