Is it normal to be so shy as an adult ?

Not everyone grows out of their shyness, but for some people it just takes longer than for others.

Absolutely, and maybe even later, like me.

I was painfully shy until about 25,26 or so, and then I broke out of my shell and now im hella confident and real. I'm a,lot happier now, wouldnt go back to what I used to be.

Shyness goes away when life starts to f** you and no I have seen girls at 24 shy as hell I barely know she is near me, she is like a frikin ninja
