Is it normal to be so picky about the way i eat?

I don't mean the things I eat, I could eat anything I want as long is it's tasty I mean the way it's served.
I HATE spoons and I never eat anything with spoon unless it's yoghurt. I even eat the things in soup with chopsticks and then drink the rest. Whenever someone gives me a spoon to eat with I yell at them and refuse untill I can get fork.
I also hate that one kind of plate, you know that is "deep" but isn't a bowl and it's as big as normal plate - I don't know what are those called but I hate them. You can either give a bowl or normal flat plate but I'll never eat anything of that stupid deep plate.
is it normal to behave like this?

    It's very rude of you to shout at someone for doing something as completely inoffensive as giving you a spoon. It's not common to feel this way about spoons, and you shouldn't expect everyone else to know that you have this problem and yell at them when they don't work around your spoon problem given that they didn't even know. Why do you dislike spoons so much anyway? Is it the shape?:S

      Oh I don't really shout at them and I don't do anything if it's person I don't know but when someone from my family who has known my for my whole life and they know how much I hate spoons gives me one I angrily tell them to put that shit away.
      I don't know why I hate them so much, it's just really annoying to eat with them and it feels too "round" if you get me.

        Ah right. Yeah, I get what you mean, although I've always liked the roundness of spoons.:) I'm a bit useless on this, I've never heard of anyone disliking spoons so much (or at all).

    I agree with everything you said, but I don't feel as strongly about it as you.
    I also have those preferences, but I won't refuse food if they cannot be met.
