Your mom's parenting isn't normal and has clearly had a negative effect on you. If you're over 18 I recommend moving out. Don't worry about your quality of life, you can go on welfare until you're able to find your own job, then pay your own way through college/university if you want to pursue that. Friends will come naturally when/if you get a job and go to school.
I had a very similar situation with my mom and moved out this year at the age of 19, we still got along afterwards but moving out was the best thing I ever did, even if my apartment is small and shabby.
