  • You sound like you have an anxiety disorder. Perhaps therapy would help talk through the reasons, as well as the ways to deal with and overcome the fear caused by being in social situations.

    Just find the courage to ask for help, or try and tackle it yourself a step at a time; it could be the difference between living a lonely life in which you'll feel perpetually anxious, or a happy one in which other people aren't an obstacle to overcome but something to enjoy.

    You have more to gain if you do than don't, trust me.
