I'm very introverted, but not nearly that shy. I'm mostly just uninterested in other people. a little shy, too, but not nearly like that. sometimes I think I'm less shy than my brother even though he's more extroverted than me. Sounds like you have some kind of social anxiety disorder. There could be therapy or medication for it.
