Is it normal to be so darn bloated?
So I eat fairly healty and exercise 4 times a week. I have always had a weak testy stomach, but whenever I eat raw veggies (which is bag of them everday) I feel so bloated and get very gassy... I knw the gassy can be related to veggies but the total bloatness??? By the way I eat my baggie at work so I avoid high fiber veggies... Anyone else have this problem?
