That doesn't sound too skinny to me. My fiancé weighs about that much, and he's 6'6. It depends on how you're built, though. Different women are attracted to a pretty wide variety of body types, so I wouldn't worry too much.
I can definitely relate to feeling unattractive and unwanted, and to being unhappy with your body. I grew up thinking my thighs were huge, and even though I'm engaged, I still kind of hate them. I could name a hundred things I don't like about my body.
In the end, though, remember that you're your harshest critic. If you can get up the nerve to talk to some girls, some will turn you down, and some won't. I promise there are women who are attracted to pale, skinny guys (I'm one of those women). The most important step you can take towards getting a girlfriend is asking girls out.
