    If they are SOOOO hard to live with move out.

      It is his house. Why would he leave "His house"? So if someone you let stay in your house is rude and makes a mess are you going to leave "Your house"? He said he bought it. That means he is still going to have to pay for that and the new one.

        depending on where he lives he might have to.

        cos once your "guests" have lived there long enough in some states they end up having legal rights, regardless of what he feels about them.

          Well he should charge rent for living in HIS HOUSE. Also you can argue the case depending on whos names are on the papers. Also why should he be forced to pay money for paying a house he does not even live him? Does he get to be poor because he has to pay for two places?

            anyway that still doesn't negate the fact that if his "guests" have been there long enough they may have legal rights as tenants.

            it depends on where he is.

            even if you wave the "his house" sign around

              Yes but tenants have to pay. Which means they have to pay him don't they? I mean is he going to be forced to pay for them? If he is homeless I do not think that is even possible. Which means they will be kicked out since he can not make the payments.

                he's not renting. he's the landlord technically.

                Which means as tenants they may have legal rights. It's not as easy as just saying "fuck you move out" and they have to move out instantly.

                In reality, he'll have to take legal action on kicking them out.

                but remember, this all depends on where he lives. each state has a different law about this
