If you want to talk to her walk up to her. Saying hi is a good way to start the conversation. Take it slow and get to know her.
When you walk by her give her a compliment. For example: "hey I like ur shirt" or " how are you? did you get a hair cut?"
try to notice little things about her and be nice. Don't try to get her attention by being a jerk.
