    Yes this is normal.
    They are tight fitting, made of neoprene (chloroprene - latex treated with chlorine) and are form fitting. Chances are you have a fetish for other tight-fitting garments like hentai suits, spandex and latex. It is a normal clothing fetish and one I think many people enjoy.
