Is it normal to be scared of using a phone?

for some reason i am scared of ringing people on the phone. i am ok with texting, and answering phones, but whenever i ring someone, i get nervous and freaked out, get a weird feeling in my stomach. no idea why cos ive never had any bad expeiriences or anything. is this normal?

    I used to feel like that a lot when i was feeling depressed/insecure. When I feel right with myself it's no big deal.

    Sometimes I feel that way but only if it's someone I like or something. But I think it's pretty normal. :)

    I think it's normal but I only get nervous when I'm about to talk to a guy I like or something like that..if I'm just gonna talk to my friends or family I feel perfectly fine..is that what u meant? Because if u get nervous even when talking to friends or family that's kinda weird cuz u should feel close to those people and have no trouble talking to them :)
