Very normal i still think something gonna grab me just try to think happy thoughts and don't think of anything that's scary if you start to suddenly think of something scary just quickly think of something you like or just imagine a picture a fun moment with your friends or family or a favorite game you enjoy and imagine your in that game this should work and help you get your mind off the dark comment if it works
