No, not at all.
All that there was, was the formation of a single quark particle. This process is still going on today.
The entire Universe did not come into existence in an instant. That would be a gross violation of the Laws of Physics.
action noun ac·tion \ ˈak-shən \
3 : the bringing about of an alteration by force or through a natural agency <the action of water on rocks>
-Merriam-Webster Dictionary.
Firstly, how could something be 'altered', when there was nothing before, and nothing else to 'alter' it?
Secondly, so-called 'forces', are abstract concepts, that do not exist in reality.
Thirdly, nature, per se, does not have 'agencies'.
Is it normal to be scared of space?
