Is it normal to be scared of phobias?

I know what you're thinking, but this is a serious issue. I don't have any phobias, but I'm terrified that I actually have one that I just haven't found out about. I don't wanna be near spiders in case I realise I have a phobia for them. I don't wanna be near snakes in case I find out I have a phobia of them. I don't wanna get too high up in case I realise I have a phobia of heights, and can never go high up again. Phobias seem terrifying to me, I don't wanna be so unnaturally and uncontrollably scared of something, like with arachnophobia or acrophobia. I really don't wanna find out one day that I have one. I read online that some have a phobia of ducks! I now keep slightly away from ducks when I see them, because what if I go up to one and suddenly start feeling irrationally scared? How ridiculous would people think I am if it turns out I have a phobia of ducks?! Everyone would laugh at me
