Is it normal to be sad if can't afford a cosmetic skin treatment?

I have a few tiny deep scars on my face, I've been wanting to get them removed / treated but have never had the extra money.. Is there any treatments that are under $300 to fix these scars?

Look into hydrogen peroxide, it can work some magic if used correctly.
