I know. When I first became one, on my 18th b-day my family got me a cake that was made to look like a burger. I tried not to be too sensitive, but secretly I wanted to cry. Course, I was probably just being a baby. Other than that, people constantly harassed me for it. But the longer you do it, the less people bother you. I'm coming on seven years, people hardly bother me now.
You weren't being a baby. It was insensitive what they did and I'm sure most vegetarians would be upset. I'm glad things have gotten easier for you, though:)
Is it normal to be ridiculed for being a vegetarian?
