Is it normal to be paranoid about everything I do?

    All the time. Damn!

    Sometimes, I even get paranoid about how my face looks when I'm talking or something. I get too aware of it, probably making myself look awkward when before, I was fine.

      lol I do that too!

      I end up looking away and widening my eyes. Offen makeing me look like I have a screw loose.
