Is it normal to think that everyone has secret plans behind my back? I don't neccesarilly let it run my life but it's always in the back of my mind that even my closest friend or someone I'm in a relationship with is just pretending to be nice to me to make fun of me with their friends behind my back.

    Not normal, unless your smoking crack. Assuming no drugs, then probably a psychiatric issue and one for a therapist.
