Thanks guys, that's really helpful to know I'm not the only one.. MadMar, I really identify with that- I often do the same thing because I hate being akward.
The worst part is going on first date with a with-it, intelligent guy and then rambling on and making a total idiot of myself and coming home and rehashing every moronic thing I said.
I know I'm not as ditzy as I come accross but it's hard to be myself when I'm so self conscious. I feel like to avoid embarrassing myself, I need to avoid society at all costs lol.
Is it normal to be paralyzingly shy at 20??
