I absolutely hate that too. But then again I understand when some people don't reply. Whenever I am busy I read the message/text and forget like 3 seconds later and rememeber later and keep saying I'll reply later and stuff, but overall forget.
So they probably just do what I do.
Or the straight up don't feel the same way for you, as harsh as that sounds.
