I don't really don't understand it at concerts. Unless like Mardi gras they're giving or throwing souvenirs out, or you just get off knowing the performers looked directly at you and you dont really stand out in any other way that would attract their attention.
At parades or parties where there are rewards go for it.
I don't nessesarily go out to flash or show, but if I didn't have to wear a top, (or clothes), there are a lot of times I wouldn't.
Is it normal to be offended by someone flashing their boobs?
