Is it normal to be obssesed with excercise?

I go to the gym 4 times a week fr about 2 hrs a sesh. I play soccer almost daily n on weekends I usually play fr 5 hrs straight . N most of the time I'm exhausted like almost fainting exhausted yet I wanna keep going. I am a bit on the bigger side n I feel more atractive after those activities, would that have something to do with it?

Why don't you try to eat better so that you can be healthier. Then you don't hafta work out as hard to feel as good about yourself. Overexerting yourself like that to the point of exhaustion is not healthy

Omg, I feel the exact same way! I think I'm addicted to working out and getting in shape! Like seriously. It's like a drug to me! LOVE it! Even getting to the point of turning myself on when I see myself exercising. I mean I am getting in such great shape now! It's like, WOW!!

Remember that proper nutrition and sleep are essential to recovering from strenuous activity. It's cool that you're that active but it sounds like you might be so active that you are overexerting yourself. Make sure that you are well hydrated (with water or milk, not some sort of sports drink), eating plenty of lean proteins and lots of veggies. Get ~8 hours of solid, consistant sleep a night, and stay away from alcohol because it messes with your system.

Well if you enjoy it, theres nothing wrong with it. You might be a lot of muscle, it weighs for than fat. Try to rest your body more often, over doing it isnt healthy either. Take a couple days off here & there.

Well I started to work out because I got really hurt by my ex gf and instead of doing drugs like I used to, I started working out to relieve stress and anger n jealousy and all those feelings. Once all that went away I kept working out cause I enjoyed it.

I do rest fr about 5 mins max I'd say before I start kickig the ball again and yes I do it because I love soccer. The working out part i enjoy de burning feeling
And the soreness the day after. I am overweight I'm 5'5 n weight almost 200
Lbs but I dnt look like it (I've been told). Most of it it is muscle but there is a bit of fat in there.

How can you be a little bit "bigger" which I take as a lil overweight...when you work out so much!!? Are you trying to lose those lbs or just like working out??? Because if your trying to lose the weight, you might be OVER working your body, so its a of shock & storing the fat.

Well this is kind of a hard thing to answer because any behavior that is obsessive compulsive is not normal however if you do these activities because you like them and you are having a great time the whole time you are doing these activities I wouldn't say it is obsessive but more like just doing the things you like to do. But if you are making yourself do these activities that large length of time and you don't enjoy them or don't enjoy doing them that long (since that is a lot of time doing those activities) I would say that isn't normal and maybe you should see a psychiatrist to help deal with your obsessive compulsive habits. But before I rate this normal or not I have a few questions:

Do you enjoy doing these activities for the length of time you do them?

Do you take breaks to rest a little? I know you said 5 hours straight but do you not even sit for 5 min to rest or take a drink of water?

I'm sure you feeling more attractive after the activities has a lot to do with it. Most people strive to feel better about themselves and will do the activities that make them feel that way. For example I don't like that during the winter my skin gets whiter so in the summer I feel more attractive after laying out in the sun for awhile.

I'm not sure what you mean by saying "on the bigger side" but if you mean slightly overweight I don't think you need to do physical activity that long to maintain a healthy weight nor maintain muscles if you meant something else.
