    If he's already rejected you, find someone else and move on. There's no point in obsessing over someone that doesn't want you.

      My risk is if I try to get over him I think I may run back to my ex, who is still into me, and I can’t let that happen.

        Well, then just don't fucking get back with your ex.. Simple as that. You don't got to be in a relationship to be happy.

          I haven’t been in a relationship for over a year. When I’m in a bad state I do stupid things. Just saying “well don’t get back with your ex” doesn’t help.
