Is it normal to be obsessed with shoes as a male?

As a female I LOVE shoes but there is one man in the pub who is obsessed with them. The second I walk in, he's over to scrutinise which ones I've on. He's not gay but just admires beauty - and I usually buy a new pair every week!

There is something about a guy who wears nice shoes.

There was this one dude who was in one of my classes in college, a real cute guy. He always wore a new pair everyday! I'm not even joking. But yeah, I always noticed that about him. Maybe I have a thing for shoes too.

I enjoy it....though if I look too much, or too hard, it can be mentally draining...I prefer shopping online to buying shoes at the mall, ebay in particular is a great place to find great deals...

my brother is just like that, but with workboots.

My friend feels the same and actually is gay. He gets very caught up in the way something looks and he thinks I'm weird because I believe it's just something you put on your foot to protect from broken glass and dogshit. I guess we see things differently.

I dont know if you're gay but shoes are not that big a deal.

Wow people get thumbs down just for saying gay if its gay its gay,gay people are just like anyone else just different taste in preference but someone cant help what they are attracted to anyways......... idk about shoe obsession but i have a TV computer and video game obsession.

Yeah, to me, they exist in order to protect your feet and nothing more. I like a nice pair of Converse; the more subtle, the better. I wear the same pair of Converse till they are literally falling apart, and then I get a new pair of Converse.
