This is completely normal. My family did this as well when I was growing up. We changed in front of each other walked around nude. If someone was in the shower you just walk right into the bathroom. I just think people aren't comfortable with nudity if it's not around their significant other. Growing up like this didn't damage me in any way. It actually taught me confidence and to be comfortable in my own skin.
