    well, he's not my sisters boyfriend. They are husband and wife since several years and have 2 lovely kids together.
    Just saying, i do differ between people just being friends of the family or being a integral part of it, and i already knew him when i was still a teenager.

        yeah, just saying i understand your initial objection-
        but, well, to me he IS a brother...in-law. like, most of my adult life, he and my sis were inseparable, so seeing him as something "outside" never really occured to me before.
