Is it normal to be nervous to poop around your boyfriend?

I remember when I stayed at my boyfriend's house and him and his mom went to the store his dad stayed there I had to poop and u went to the bathroom I didn't care if his dad was there I still pooped he accidentally opened the door and I was in the middle of pooping and I was farting and I know he heard me but I didn't care its natural everyone does it
