In our relationship my lesbian girlfriend makes me wear diapers I quite enjoy it but it is making me a bit incontinent when not wearing them and have had a few accidents
Wearing diapers as adult except for medical reasons is harmless sexual fetish. Maybe a little bit unusual but nothing contemptible. If you both like it, enjoy it. But I don’t understand your accidents. You are adult, so why you are not able to hold your urine? Wearing diapers and urinate in them is one thing but if you get used to urinate whenever you are its not normal and you will probably need some training to break this habit.
The very young, and often the very old normally wear diapers.
There are a few professions where diapers (Adult Depends) are worn where people cannot normally access a restroom for many hours.
Outside of those things its not normal to wear diapers.
