My best friend is now dating my ex
Boyfriend and now he's always taking control of her . It's making me mad because she doesn't want him to do anything and wants to say no to h about stuff, but then he just grabs her and she let's him take control. Is this normal to be frustrated with him? And kind of her too?

    First rule of best friends...never date each others ex's!!!!!! If youve told her your worries & nothing changes, theres nothing more you can do. Id stay out of it from now on. If she continues to deal with it, then shes just as much to blame for not speaking up to him.

    Well you want her to respect herself and to not take unnecessary controlling behavior from your ex, but you also have to take into consideration you might be jealous, or that you might hold some deep seeded dislike towards your ex so what he does always looks pejorative in your eyes. Maybe some self reflection would help narrow this down and then you will understand why better, but all of these reactions are normal.
