Well avoid dressing provocatively (though it doesn't sound like you are really but the tank tops might even be too much)
It must suck to be attractive and not be able to enjoy the pride that should come with it. And maybe you need some pepper-spray and possibly when you go to the beach bring someone with you who will act sort of as bodyguard, who won't let guys get too close to you unless you want them to.
