  • At least you understand that you have a problem. Not much use though if you don't have a good enough reason, but like kicking ciggies and booze, it is only you who is going to do it.

    Easier said than done of course. You used to have reasons you obviously miss. Your sport, music and your ex. You weren't like this when you had them.

    We all lose our stuff as we go on, and sometimes it's hard to deal with. Easily available drugs and booze give us the buffer we need, but at some point they cease to help and just keep us from getting back up again.

    I can't tell you what to do, but it might help to find your reasons again. Play your music again, join a local rugby club and lose your new friends mate they aren't helping.

    You know you will have to do it sooner or later, so do it today. Get strong again.
