But that all assumes that this isn't a new thing. There's another condition, very VERY rare, the name of which escapes me, where women would become male at menarche. Almost all of the recorded cases are in a tribe in South America, descendants of a single man with one flawed gene: like many genetic ailments, the trait is only passed on if both parents have the flawed gene. However, there was a case recorded in London recently, where a young woman only discovered that she had been becoming male on her wedding night. She had been born from an incestuous relationship, where the same man with that flawed gene was both her father and grandfather, so she had the same broken gene from both sides.
So, yeah: see an ObGyn. They'll have seen plenty of stranger stuff, and can give you tips on care, and on making sex pleasurable.
