  • Very interesting. In our body, milk produces small protein molecules called Casomorphin. It has been proven to exhibit opioid activity, but not in humans. This makes you not an addict, rather a substance dependent individual.

    Milk is of course good for us, but anything in excess is not desirable. Too much of milk drinking can lead to leaching of calcium from your bones and make you susceptible to bone fractures and also increase your weight.
