Its normal. I was in the same boat with someone too at first, then I just didn't care and moved on. Showed the person that I'm not one to be used after the person tried pulling some crap and didn't think I'd do anything about it. They will continue with the behavior until you put your foot down. Once you do if the person isn't an idiot they may get the hint and cut their bullshit out, or keep doing it to which you def aren't friends and move on.
