Anyone ever tell you that you're a presumptuous, petty asshole? If not, let me be the first to inform you of the fact.
That dude might not have always been ugly, fat, or bald. And anyway, ugly people don't necessarily "deserve" to have ugly kids. Yes, beautiful children CAN be born to homely parents and vice-versa, but who's to say this guy's wife isn't pretty? He might be a genius with a sense of humour. And she, miracle of miracles, might actually NOT be shallow! Don't presume everyone in the world is as lame as you are... Get a life and stop ogling other people's families.
